Will Wonders Never Cease?

Hey, look, we've got June posts caught up now too!

Happy Birthday, Dallin!!!

 Three years ago, Dallin entered this world and enriched our family with his sweet nature.

To celebrate, we thought he would enjoy going to an indoor gym called, "Jump Up!" Several friends had told us about it and how much fun children have running and jumping. So as soon as Mom got back from lizard surveys, we took the family.

Meanwhile, at least the siblings were having a good time.

 

 Finally, the birthday boy thought it might be fun to roll down one of the slanted pads.

He didn't want to admit that he might have enjoyed it a little bit after all.

On the drive home, Dallin fell asleep and took a short nap 

so that he could have appropriate energy for the rest of the celebrations.

Luckily, he was pretty happy with his "Star Wars cake with flashlights."

He understood that he was supposed to blow out the candles.

 He opened some fun Star Wars toys and got his own red "flashlight."

(We're working on the word "light saber.")
