Rockhill Creamery

We first heard about Rockhill Creamery at the local Farmer's Market several years ago.
Then Kevin learned more about them through the Bioneers Conference.
This is a small family business in Richmond, Utah.

Chris's parents were in town this weekend, and when they decided to go
on a tour of the farm, they invited us along.

They have only 6 cows for making their cheeses.

Here is the room where they age the cheese.
They turn and clean the wheels twice a day.

Human Interest Photo: Did we feel safe there?
We didn't ask the story behind this box.
