We took one of Ian's new friends, Hyrum, out to the Algodones Dunes
last night to catch some critters.
We found some sand crickets--look how their legs are adapted for digging in the sand:
We found this banded gecko:
And, of course, we caught LOTS of scorpions, as usual...
It was a fitting end to a relaxing Memorial Day weekend.
